A licensed agent will typically contact you within 1–3 days. If you’re new to shopping for life insurance, we recommend being open and transparent during the process. The more the agent understands your needs, the better they can find a long-term solution that fits.
Can I trust the agent?
We only work with agents who can provide photo ID, a professional online presence (such as Facebook or LinkedIn), and proof of an active license. While no system is perfect, this is a strong starting point. Feel free to ask about the agent’s background and experience to ensure you feel confident and comfortable.
How do agents get paid?
Agents are compensated by the life insurance carrier—not by you.
What if I’m no longer interested?
If an agent has already contacted you, just let them know. If not, you can email us at info@openchoice.net and we’ll notify the agent to cancel any outreach attempts.
What happens to my information?
We take your privacy seriously. We do not retain your name, email, or phone number after your request is processed. That information is permanently deleted—usually within a week. We only keep general, non-identifiable data (such as the number of submissions from each state) for internal reporting.
